estate brokerage, development and property management firm located in Charlotte,
N.C. A proponent of urban redevelopment, Pressley has focused the firm’s services
on Charlotte’s central core.
Pressley and his firm have completed a number of unique and successful
urban residential and commercial development projects including Olmsted Park,
Atherton Mill, the Design Center of the Carolinas and Camden Row. In 2000, The

In April 2001, Pressley was named one of the top 15 entrepreneurs of the
past 15 years by The Business Journal of Charlotte. In October 2001, the Charlotte
Chapter of the Public Relations Society of America presented Pressley with the
2001 Pegasus Award, which recognizes an outstanding leader in the Charlotte area
who has made significant contributions to the community and who understands and
has made good use of public relations principles.
In December 2001, Pressley was named 2001 Realtor® of the Year by the
approximately 5,300-member Charlotte Regional Realtor ® Association (CRRA).
The Association’s highest honor was given to Pressley in recognition of his many
contributions to the real estate industry and his community. He is one of only two
realtors to have been named Realtor of the Year by both the CRRA (residential
realtors) and the Charlotte Regional Commercial Board of Realtors (commercial
realtors), whose more than 750 members awarded him that distinction in 1995.
